I can't get any Pads to show immediately. However, it works when I select the Pad from View, exit the app, restart the app, and select the Pad again from the View menu -- then the Pad shows. It's almost like the Pad is hidden or outside the main window. Once the workspace is saved, it will properly appear after selecting it again in View. I think maybe it works normally when I start with a completely fresh installation. Maybe it has to do with a problem with the workspace? The workspace thinks it's already showing? Any ideas? |

Sorry! I was a bit busy with SoapBox Snap and didn't check this site for a couple of days. Is the Pad you're talking about floating or docked?
I select the Pad from the View menu. It doesn't show. I can't answer whether it is floating or docked as it is not shown. Then I save the workspace and restarting the app selecting the same Pad from View menu -- it then shows. Same for all Pads. They show the second time, never the first time, after the workspace has been cleared.
Can you post the code you're using to show and hide the pads, along with the code to save and restore the layout?
Can't pick up the project for several weeks.
