Is a WPF application online? So you can just upload it to your site and make it run there without having the users download it and install? Or am I talking about a WPF Browser application? Also, do I have to do “Data-binding”? If I don’t, my online program won’t work on other computers, right? Please provide full detail about WPF applications and WPF Browser applications.

A WPF application is a standard windows application, but it uses the WPF GUI framework instead of Windows Forms. A "WPF Browser Application" could just be a xaml file loaded in a browser, or it could mean Silverlight, I'm not sure.
